In this class, we’ll focus on refining your technique, enhancing your alignment, and building endurance through a series of dynamic flows.

Expect to move through creative and more complex sequences that incorporate longer holds, balance poses, inversions, and backbends. The class will emphasize breath control (pranayama) to help maintain focus and energy, while incorporating mindful transitions to build fluidity in your practice.

You’ll be guided through a series of postures that will challenge your strength, stability, and flexibility, with an emphasis on cultivating body awareness and mental clarity.
