Shannon is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher who believes in creating a welcoming and nurturing space for students of all levels. With 3 years of experience in teaching, Shannon offers a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, focusing on mindful movement, breath awareness, and building strength both physically and mentally.
Certified through SSV Yoga in 2021, Shannon continues to learn and grow by immersing herself in many other yoga teachers’ classes. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in connection, mindfulness, awareness, and love, aiming to empower students to find their own inner peace and confidence on and off the mat.
Outside of teaching, Shannon enjoys all nature (mountains to the sea), meaningful conversations, animals, connecting with family and friends, and dancing, and is passionate about fostering a supportive yoga community where students can explore their practice in a non-judgmental environment.
